Now we have available pre cooked isomalt sticks conveniently pre coloured which provide consistent, high-quality performance time after time. Get smooth results that let you create pieces of beauty, dimension and sparkle.

Simple to use

Microwave: Break desired number of sticks in half and place in a microwavable cup, preferably with a handle.

Melt in 15-second increments until isomalt is a clear, liquid consistency and bubbles form.

Unused isomalt sticks can be kept for 2 years in tightly sealed container at room temperature.

Leftover isomalt can be poured onto a non stick Silpat mat, cooled and stored.

Due to the fragility of isomalt sticks, they may break in transit but can still be used and melted.
