We’re always on the lookout for top pastry chefs and decorators who want to share all their passion and knowledge of the sweeter things in life. Special Treats by Carolyn’s mission is to be the leading provider of creative and innovative products and services for those who share our passion – a passion for food and cake decoration!

As of 18^th November 2011 we’re expanding again and hiring:

• Are you as passionate about teaching as we are? This position will suit a person with good industry knowledge of at least 5 years. This position is best suited to a qualified pastry chef with experience in training. Along with the technical skills, he/she must be able to enjoy the flexibility that’s required to not only instruct but have fun with the class. Must be computer literate and highly organised. We are seeking someone who is outgoing, energetic with fantastic people skills and a love of great food, great produce and a love of entertaining.Cake Decorating/Pastry Chef Teacher and facilitator –
• Wilton Cake Decorating Instructor – Wilton prides itself on being consistent all around the world and have personally trained their instructors world wide. Due to the demand of the classes we are looking for a fun, outgoing, passionate people with a love of sharing and inspiring students. Wilton instructor qualifications required.
