Carolyn first started her business Special Treats by Carolyn from home ten years ago. As it grew, we moved to lovely new premises at 10/1488 Ferntree Gully Rd in Knoxfield, 30 minutes drive from the Melbourne CBD.

Together as a team of enthusiastic and passionate cake decorators we have gone onto produce cakes for all occasions, important and special, as customer satisfaction is paramount. It is by this that we have grown through word of mouth.

Another passion of our team at Special Treats by Carolyn is our cake decorating classes. There is something for everyone from the beginner to the advanced student. We encourage your desire to learn and want to help you on your cake decorating quest. The classes are kept to a maximum of eight students to create a relaxed atmosphere and which ensures our students more one on one time with our teachers.
